- Tbaytel's Monitoring Station is a fully computerized environment, utilizing the most up-to-date software programs to provide efficient alarm processing and client information. If you or your insurance company need a report on an alarm activity or opening/closings in your home or business, Tbaytel can provide up-to-the-minute reports, 24 hours a day.
- To ensure continuous, uninterrupted service through any weather or storm condition, secondary backup systems including battery and generator backups to maintain constant power are in place. The computer network is state of the art, with a second mirrored network server in the event of a hardware failure.
- The monitoring personnel are highly trained, well versed in monitoring station procedures and interact with authorities over direct communication lines. All staff are certified as SIA/Apco (Security Industry Association) and CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) operators.
- Through a 24 hour radio link, our monitoring station can dispatch a Mobile Security Officer to attend your home or business on your behalf (advanced arrangements are required).
